Overlooking the ocean and the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan, this spacious modern villa with private pool is the ideal tropical retreat. Oleander Villa is situated in the lush green hills on the northern coast of Koh Samui with spectacular views over the coconut palms to the gulf of Siam.

The Villa has been designed to maximise privacy and take advantage of the amazing views while providing every comfort for guests.
The villa has been carefully decorated by the owners, with furniture and artifacts collected from throughout Asia. The villa was designed for rental but is very comfortably furnished with a many thoughtful finishing touches that make it a wonderful place to relax.


On the ground level of the villa there is a large vaulted entrance hall with fantastic views over the ocean towards Koh Phangan, the folding doors open out to the terrace and swimming pool. To the right of the hall are 2 beautifully furnished double bedrooms and a spacious shower room. On the left side of the hallway is a study/reading room with many books, an ideal place to while away a few hours in the heat of the day.
The kitchen and dining area are located on the left side of the villa with sliding doors opening out onto the spacious terrace, making poolside dining a tempting alternative to the many restaurants the island has to offer.
A double staircase leads to the upstairs living quarters and Master suite. This light and airy bedroom features a vaulted roof, a large dressing area and cleanly tiled spacious en suite shower room. The room is decorated and furnished with modern Asian style teak furniture, paintings and a luxurious Chinese silk carpet.

The upstairs living room is comfortably furnished with custom made teak furniture and large comfortable sofas for lounging and watching TV or listening to the many music CDs that have been provided by the owners for the enjoyment of guests.
There is a separate bar area with a fridge near the living room so you don’t have to venture far to mix a cooling cocktail. The living room leads onto another large balcony – the perfect spot for relaxing with a book or listening to music.
A separate building houses the 4th double bedroom with en suite shower room, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The garden has been extensively terraced and planted with tropical plants; an ancient tree at the side of the house provides shade over a rustic table and bench set that is ideal for cooling off mid afternoon. The lower pool terrace is equipped with an imported Australian gas B-B-Q so makes an ideal spot to take advantage of the tropical climate and enjoy dining al fresco.
