Baan Palm Tara is a luxury modern contempary 3 bedroom villa located in a prime location on the beachfront in Bang Rak which is a good all year round swimming beach. Boasting spectacular views across to Koh Samui's sister island Koh Phangan coupled with the convenience of direct beachfront access to one of the best beaches on Koh Samui makes this villa ideal for those wanting to get away from the stresses of everyday life.

Every detail has been considered to ensure the guests have a pampered stay. There is air-conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, a fully wired Crestron Control system throughout so you can watch and listen to DVD's and CD's in every room, you can also use the this system to control the digital lighting to set the mood making this a fully automated smart home, to compliment this the furnishings and décor are extremely stylish.

The maid's quarters are located in the driveway with a carport and a few steps lead down to the entrance of this stunning waterfront house.

Upon entry to the villa is the TV Lounge complete with a 50 inch plasma screen and generous seating area which leads out to a beautiful coy carp pond with a bridge leading on to a good size hardwood entertainment terrace complete with BBQ and infinity pool with steps going down onto the white powdery sand beach and its crystal clear blue waters. The infinity-edge swimming pool is tiled in green imported stone, and surrounded by a hardwood deck with sun-loungers.

In a separate pavilion is a stunning fully fitted kitchen imported from Italy complete with a built in coffee machine and island breakfast bar and a second lounge area with a large sumptuous sofa and 42 inch plasma.

On the first floor are three bedrooms each containing King size teak wooden beds, 32 inch LCD TV's, air conditioning and are decorated with chic Asian crafts. Every Bedroom includes its own private en-suite with deluxe rain showers, Large storage compartments, Terrazzo Basins and stainless steel fixtures and settings.
