About Baan Flora Luxury Beachfront Villa

Baan Flora is a lovely beachfront villa with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, set in large landscaped gardens with spacious sundecks and a large private swimming pool. It sits overlooking one of the most tranquil beaches in Koh Samui, visited by few tourists. The only sound that can be heard is the occasional passing of a traditional long-tailed fishing boat.

The villa nestles in a secluded and very private position within Samui Beach Village, a gated luxury villa development that offers 5 star guest services, in the south-east of Koh Samui.

Its large living space includes a comfortable lounge with TV/music entertainment centre (as well as free high-speed Wi Fi throughout), dining room and kitchen areas - all neatly interlinked. The bedrooms are situated to the rear, while at the front are tropical gardens, sun-decking and your own private pool, beyond which, lies the beach itself.

The property is entered from the private gated parking area at the end of the small road leading to the beach. The entrance to Baan Flora leads from the large sun deck which also surrounds the very ample private swimming pool. Sandy beaches, stretching in both directions as far as the eye can see, are ideal for families to play and for couples to enjoy romantic walks along the coast.

Baan Flora’s entrance leads you directly into the modern lounge, overlooking the pool and beach, with an adjacent dining area and modern kitchen facility to the rear.

The dining room caters for 6 and is conveniently sited between the lounge and kitchen areas, giving you entertainment ease. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences for cooking, including but not limited to an oven, grill, large fridge/freezer and microwave oven – all the ingredients you need should you wish to cook up a holiday feast, or have our private Chef prepare a meal for you.

We pride ourselves on the standard of comfort we provide throughout the villa, from air conditioning, mosquito-net doors for enjoying the sea breeze and fans found in all rooms through to the quality of service assured by our villa manageress and staff.

The master bedroom with its wall of tropical garden plants directly outside allowing you privacy yet peeks of the ocean that lays alongside Baan Flora. With its king-size bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes, you’ll find all the comforts of home as well as stunning Thai touches giving you a great holiday-villa feel. The master bedroom also offers up a Jacuzzi bath and spate rain-head shower in its private en-suite flowing from the bedroom.
The second bedroom is tastefully decorated, again in keeping with the island – gold Thai flowers on a purple backwash sit in a 4-piece painting above the queen size bed and huge built in wardrobes mean you have plenty of space to stow away all the shopping and trinkets you purchase whilst in Samui! A stylish and private en-suite adjoins the second bedroom with a separate shower and toilet for your convenience.

Throughout the villa the theme continues, with decorations and furnishings in traditional Thai style that so ideally complement the convenience of modern living.

There is also a guest suite set to one side of the villa, entered either through the second bedroom or from a separate entrance of large double glass doors that lead to the front of the house. It is equipped with a private sitting area and a separate section with twin beds, as well as its own en-suite bathroom, making it absolutely idea for children and guests.

Baan Flora is positioned in a tranquil setting overlooking the large white sandy beaches of Samui Beach Village. It provides a wonderful outdoor setting, with large sundecks spread out in front of the villa from which you can look over the tropical gardens through to the beaches.

The sun deck, next to the swimming pool, is complemented with sun loungers and shady umbrellas as well as outdoor dining for 6 and your own BBQ allowing you to dine by the ocean’s edge!
