The Villa:
Every single detail has been carefully chosen. Close to the entrance door, on the left, there is the staff accommodation area, while on the right, there is the private parking of the villa, with 2-3 car parking spaces.

In front of them there is the alley which takes you to the swimming pool and to the beach. On the left and right side of the alley there are two-storey buildings that create an open central aisle from which you can enjoy the sea view.

The first pavilion on the left offers on the ground floor, a wide TV room with couches, and fine fittings. The TV with plasma screen, which is in the middle of the room and PC are available. In the room there is also a private bathroom with shower, which is completely covered with black slate. Upstairs, you can reach through external stairs a wonderful suite with queen size bed, which is completely decorated with fine wood: even the vaulted ceiling is decorated with polished wood. The bathroom is very exclusive: there is a stone bathtub outside, behind the window, from which you can see the green hills of the islands.

On the other side, there is a large terrace which, with its wooden chairs is perfect to enjoy the enchanting sea view.

The building on the right side offers, on the ground floor, two very comfortable bedrooms: silk pillows, embroidered bedspreads and fascinating fans with old-looking blades are just some of the features of these rooms, every one with a private bathroom. Surprising details can be noticed in the bathrooms:
the walls are decorated with stones, the rain shower is decorated with an open timber cladding made with staves, the ceramic basin has a base decorated with majolica.

A wooden staircase takes you upstairs, where there is another double bedroom with a large sun terrace, equipped with comfortable wooden chairs; and then again, poster bed, teak wooden floors and high polished wooden ceilings. But something noteworthy for sure is the stone bathtub, it is exactly behind a wide window from which you can enjoy an enchanting sea view.

At the end of this two pavilions there is a wooden terrace and a pond rich in tropical plants and lotus flowers, surrounded by wooden terracing.

This is a feature which covers the width of the property, creating a bridge and so, a pathway which takes you to a room, the typical Thai gazebo. In the next pavilion there is the kitchen and the dining area, with a big wooden table, suitable up to 10 people, a private bathroom with a slate shower.

Opening glass doors on three sides create the indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Exactly in front of it there is a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, framed in polished stone and surrounded by comfortable sunbeds.

They are placed in a big patio, with a refined clear wooden floor, just few meters far from the white sandy beach. Alongside of this pavilion there is the main Suite of the villa, with a direct access to the swimming pool and to the beach, which is just few meters far from it. The suite with queen size poster bed is completely furnished and decorated with fine teak wood, even the ceiling is made with wood. Another superb private bathroom is equipped with an outdoor stone bathtub, placed behind a window, from which you can enjoy the view of the pond area.

Staff:
Management, custodian and caretaker of the property are part of the permanent staff and are always available to guests during their stay.

Masseuses:
Upon request, there is a select team of experienced masseuses in the main disciplines of Thai Massage and body care.

Catering:
The Baan Phulay is equipped to provide in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner to its guests in addition to grilled fish and evenings with themed menus and dishes of Thai cuisine of internationally selected.
