Location

The Villa is located on a hillside in Lamai with sea views and is nestled amongst the jungle canopy. This luxury private villa offers the perfect alternative to crowded hotels and noisy resorts. Only 10 minutes from the busy resort town of Lamai, with its wide range of restaurants & bars, shopping and beautiful sandy beaches. Then 5 minutes to the south is the charming fisherman’s village of Ban Hua Thanon, with its fish and fruit market. The Butterfly garden and Aquarium further along which leads off to the quiet unspoilt part of Samui. Many of the major tourist attractions are easily accessible from the villa by car or motorbike.

Outside the villa

Beautiful gardens surround the villa with a cool sea breeze even on the hotter days. Infinity swimming pool with shallow end and a deeper end that overlooks a beautiful sea view and jungle canopy, with private terraces to relax in the evenings.

Indoors

The Villa is split into two levels. The master bedroom has a plasma TV and en-suite that has a steam shower, the other bedroom has an en-suite. The top level has a private pool and large terrace, cocktail bar with built in aquarium. There is a 50' plasma TV with Xbox 360. Both levels have their own kitchens, living/dining areas. The lower floor has its own private balcony, 50’ plasma TV, Two bedrooms with one bathroom and one shower room. Two groups of people can use the villa together but at the same time having their own private areas. The villa can sleep up to 8 people so two families can share their holiday experience together but still have their own private space.

Tourist attractions

There are many lively activities to do on Koh Samui, water-sports, frisbee-golf, football-golf, jungle canopy, quad biking, paintball, tenpin bowling, elephant trekking, snorkeling, scuba diving, freshwater fishing and more. You can relax at a spa, get a massage on the beach, drive to the view points of Koh Samui, visit one of the many zoo's Crocodile zoo, Tiger zoo, Snake farm, Butterfly garden, or even see the Monkey show, Thai cooking lessons, go to the cinema, or visit one of the many Tailors to get a custom made outfit.

Lamai

Lamai Beach is by far the trendiest place on the island and has much better bars and restaurants than Chaweng. Nowadays Lamai is comparatively quiet. A laid back kind of place which offers either parties to the early hours or a quiet drink at many of our great bars and resturants.

Located on a cozy corner in the south of the island, One of Samui's major beaches is still small enough to comfortably walk around the town in an evening and find a variety of eateries and entertainment venues. With weekly events like the very popular girl Thai boxing and caboret show supplementing the usual attractions.

The long perfect white sand and crystal clear water of the beach itself remains magnificent and is considered by many to be the finest on the island. It is also lined by a wide range of accommodation and entertainment options.
Lamai is 45 minutes from the airport.

Rates

for group size up to 8 Person in our 4 Bedroom top floor villa and first floor Apartment with Private Pool and seaviews.

Deposit

On making a booking a 30% deposit will be required to hold the villa.The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation

A cancellation 30 days before arrival will receive a credit to rebook the villa within 6 months. Cancellations after 30 days before arrival the balance will be lost.
