Overlooking the Gulf of Siam to Koh Phangan, Villa Amazing Palms is a spacious, modern & recently built villa with a private pool and is located for a perfect tropical holiday in Samui. The villa is situated on the lower part of the green hills of the Santi Thani development and is within walking distance to the beach.

Amazing Palms was designed as a split level villa to give privacy and comfort.

The huge upper entrance hall is located on the first floor overlooking the modern living room with terrace and a stunning view over the sea.

On both sites of the main entrance are comfortable bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. One bedroom has a balcony with sea view . The other bedroom has a study area and a balcony with mountain view.  On the main entrance hall level is also a guest bathroom.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with a spacious bathroom, with double wash-hand basins, rain shower and separate bath.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table and a terrace overlooking the garden.
The dining room is located near the pool terrace with a shady lounge area, a sundeck, outside shower and the infinity edge swimming pool.

Villa Amazing Palms is a modern furnished villa with a touch of exclusive Chinese furniture is best suited for couples or friends seeking a private holiday retreat.

Villa Amazing Plams Rates

The above rental rates include

• Service charge of 3%
• Applicable government tax (7% VAT)
• Maid cleaning & Linen change
• Welcome pack
• Check In Time is 3:00pm; Check Out time is 10:30am (early arrival and late departure upon availability of the house. Late Departure can only be confirmed on the day of check-out).

The above rental rates exclude

• Airport transfer charged at 250B/person/way (children under 12 years free of charge)
• Refrigerator supply
• Breakfast

Rental conditions

• Minimum rental period is 5 nights, 10 nights at Peak Season [Christmas/New Year]
• The balance of total rental amount is due a minimum of 4 weeks before the check in date using your credit card or a bank SWIFT transfer to our nominated Thai bank account

Cancellation policy
Due to the limited number of Villas in some categories and to avoid speculative reservation, we apply the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation prior to arrival. It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance which will provide compensation to you in the event of cancellation. In the event that you cancel the booking or shorten the period of stay after payment of the deposit and/or balance, no refund will be made. The booking deposit is not returnable under any circumstances.
• Cancellation during the period of the holiday. The prepaid rental balance will be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Villa Owner

Insurance

• The villa owner is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as watercraft, water sports, jeep or motor bike rental, etc.
